It’s a great time of year – the weather is getting better…in places, mums are being spoiled and you can actually contemplate going outside for a prolonged period of time.
This is evident in this weeks blogs.
Before we dive in – why not have a look at this weeks recipe round up, it’s a mother’s day special as unfortunately we’re not open on Sunday’s so you can’t spoil your mum at Musa then but there’s always any other day of the year.
Scottish Mum has written about her thoughts on Mother’s Day and it’s certainly worth a read as it even gives tips on how to celebrate the day, in case you didn’t know.
If you’re in Glasgow, you could always treat your mum at The Finnieston – a restaurant that our friend Ananyah reviewed. It certainly got a good review, if you’re down that way.
Coming away from Mother’s Day, spring has certainly sprung. Christine Laennec has written about the first spring in her new garden, with nice pictures to go with it.
If you’d like to fully experience Spring in Scotland, you’ve got to go exploring though – which is exactly what Tango Raindrop did this week in Westerwick in Shetland.
We’ve got a wedding on tonight, so no live music. Don’t worry though, we’ve got Pete Coutts and guest on tomorrow night from 8pm.
