Some snaps and a brief interview of our time with Carlo Petrini the Founder and President of The Slow Food Movement and United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation’s Special Ambassador for Zero Hunger in Europe.
Carlo was in Aberdeen to give a lecture on the theme of food and environment as part of the University of Aberdeen’s May Festival 2017. Informed lectures, tastes of local produce and educational work with the Taste Adventure, all part of the great work we are involved with as part of Slow Food Aberdeen City and Shire symposium!
As Slow Food members we were very excited to have Carlo as our guest.
